KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Two men have been charged with conspiracy to give out methamphetamine.

37-year-old Ramon Garcia-Parra and 32-year-old Abraham Acevedo-Hernandez were charged in a criminal complaint on June 5.

The complaint says that the two were creating a plan to distribute methamphetamine. Part of the conspiracy includes the defendants delivering around 10 kilograms of methamphetamine during a purchase on June 2.

Garcia-Parra’s 40-year-old relative, Trinidad Garcia-Parra, has been charged in a different criminal complaint on June 5 for illegal re-entry. Trinidad has been removed from the United States on two previous occasions.

The prosecution is part of the Department of Justice’s Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces, and the case is part of Operation Take Back America.
