Indiana woman dies after being struck by pickup truck in Olathe

OLATHE, Kan. (KCTV) - A 37-year-old woman died from injuries she suffered Thursday evening after she was hit by a vehicle.
The Olathe Police Department stated that officers responded to the area of Sante Fe and Blake streets just before 9:15 p.m. and learned a pickup truck had struck a pedestrian.
Despite EMS efforts, the pedestrian died at the scene of the incident. She was identified as Jill Turner of Indiana.
A police statement indicated that law enforcement was in with the truck driver.
