Nurses, teachers invited to enjoy half-off scoop of ice cream at Betty Rae’s
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - As the temperatures heat up, teachers and nurses have been invited to cool off with a half-off scoop of ice cream, courtesy of Betty Rae’s.
Betty Rae’s Ice Cream has announced that to celebrate teachers and nurses, those in the Kansas City area will be able to enjoy a scoop for half-off at any of the six metro locations. From Monday, May 5, through Monday, May 12, teachers and nurses just need to present a badge for a free regular-sized scoop.
Betty Rae’s noted that all of its flavors are hand-made and hand-scooped. The beloved shop serves 26 core flavors, including Lavender Honey, Ooey Gooey Buttercake and more. A monthly rotation of creative flavors also keeps the menu fresh.
In May, the ice cream shop indicated its featured flavor is Cannoli Crunch, part of a new partnership with Jasper’s Restaurant. For more information about Betty Rae’s or to find a location near you, click HERE.
