We have some spring weather lined up for Friday and the weekend. Each day is great, but offers up slightly different flavor of weather to enjoy outdoors. There’s a little something for everyone.

FRIDAY: Cooler, but still excellent. The morning is a bit crisp with temperatures in the low 40s. While we may start with a coat, the afternoon will be comfortable with low to mid 60s, sunshine, and lighter winds from the north at 5-10 mph. This is the day for those of us who don’t mind a slight chill in the air (especially for the morning and evening).

SATURDAY: Warmer, sunny, breezy, and “just right.” The morning is again cool with low 40s, but the afternoon surges to the low to mid 70s. It will be roughly 10 degrees above normal, bring mostly sunny skies, but you may notice the southeast breeze kicking up to 30 mph at times.

SUNDAY: The warmest day so far this year, for those of us who enjoy a little bit of spring heat. Highs jump another 10 degrees, pushing us to the mid-80s and about 20 degrees above normal. It will be almost hot for some of us, especially in the sun and in the afternoon. A steady southwest breeze up to 30 mph will help take the edge off a bit. It will be a very nice day, and it brings a brief early taste of summer.

MONDAY: Cooler, morning showers. We see scattered rain to start the day, and the afternoon drops back to highs in the mid-60s.
