Chiefs select TCU tight end in fourth round of NFL Draft

DETROIT, Mich. (KCTV) – Patrick Mahomes has another weapon for 2024.
The Chiefs selected TCU’s Jared Wiley with the No. 131 overall pick in Saturday’s first round.
The Temple, Texas native led all tight ends in FBS with eight touchdowns last season. He earned First-Team All-big 12 honors last season and was an honorable mention pick for Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year.
Wiley’s team-best 47 catches ranked fourth in the nation among Power Five tight ends.
