WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - Friday is the 33rd anniversary of an F-5 tornado that tore through parts of Wichita and Andover and killed 17 people.
April 26, 1991, changed Andover forever, and the date is etched into the memories of those who experienced the devastating storm.
On April 29, 2022, another tornado stuck Andover. Though it destroyed homes and buildings, no serious injuries were reported.
